I believe every animal has its own personality - this is a happy Pig. My mother often kept a pig for extra funds around Christmas time. We would have a bucket where all the left overs went and in the evening it might be my job to feed the pig. They were always happy lazy animals that enjoyed muck. I guess that is where the saying comes from 'as happy as a pig in muck'
